Described by customers as the 'Michelangelo of fabric', Cathy Cleveland's journey began seeped in eclectic culture. Coming from the Philippines with a Spanish, Chinese and German background, Cathy grew up traveling and gained exposure to the fashion scene and business at an early age. With her parents' help, she opened her first Atelier working with a number of local seamstresses and hand beader. New York came calling and she attended Parsons School for Design, earning a Fashion Atelier certificate and eventually a degree in fashion design, marketing and merchandising.
With over 25 years in the fashion and bridal industry, Cathy has worked for the best-of-the best in New York and with the who's-who and celebrity both locally and internationally. Now Cathy lives in Virginia with her husband and adorable son and operating a small atelier (sewing studio) and showroom of bridal gowns and bridesmaids dresses. She is passionate about making you feel and look beautiful on your special day.
Cathy is committed to giving back to the community. She strives to ensure that over half of the work is done in the U.S. She supports women of Loudoun County by employing local retired women.
